Dubai Jazz Festival

/ Challenge

Matercard wanted to launch their all new Sonic Brand theme tune that had been developed by Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park at Dubai Jazz Festival and we were tasked with creating a visual buzz to match Mike’s work in creating an audio tune that will represent Mastercard going forward.

The Jazz festival was taken over by mastercard in every sense from stand activations, to the full stage takeover playing the Mastercard new theme tune to a ramped up audience, with a headline performance from Alicia Keys.

/ Execution

Our camera crew also took over the festival with all access passes shooting from the stage and each activation around the site.

We also got the crowd interaction and engagement on film from a total audience perspective and also individuals immersing themselves in the newly released tune

/ Result

Once our post production teams had received the footage from our 10 on site cameras, the magic began to happen.

We showed the world how this new tune was enlightening people and the recognition for Sonic Brand began to grow at a rapid rate. This fostered continued work with mastercard to further bolster the use of the tune and make it synonymous with the red and orange circles.
